Steel prices are currently influenced by international raw material costs. Rates change daily at the mill level. The ranges below are estimates for wholesale planning.
₹45 - ₹85 / sq ft
*Depends on thickness (0.35mm - 0.60mm) and brand.
₹40 - ₹75 / sq ft
*Depends on GSM (AZ70 - AZ150) and yield strength.
A 0.50mm sheet is heavier and more expensive than a 0.35mm sheet. Thicker sheets offer better durability.
Higher zinc/aluminum coating (like AZ150) costs more but protects against rust for 20+ years.
TATA BlueScope and JSW carry a premium due to their superior paint quality and warranties.
Wholesale orders (above 5-10 MT) attract significantly lower per-kg rates than small retail orders.
Special lengths, custom RAL colors, and protective film (guard film) add small incremental costs.

A: Per kg is the standard for institutional and factory projects as it accounts for the exact weight of steel. Per sq ft is easier for small residential projects but can be misleading if the thickness is not specified.
A: Unless specified, most wholesale quotes are ex-factory and exclusive of GST (currently 18% for steel). We provide proper GST invoices for all commercial transactions.
A: Delivery cost depends on the distance from our Hisar hub to your site and the total weight. For orders above 20MT, we often offer free or subsidized transport.
