1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Apex Metals website or placing a wholesale order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and procurement professionals who access or use the service.

2. Wholesale & Project Procurement

Apex Metals specializes in customized industrial roofing and structural steel. All quotes provided are valid for a period of 48 hours only, unless otherwise specified in writing, due to the fluctuating nature of steel prices in the Indian market.

• Final material dimensions must be verified by the client before production starts.
• Customized color matching (RAL codes) requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• All thickness (gauge) measurements follow the standard BIS tolerance levels.

3. Delivery & Logistics

We provide PAN-India delivery through specialized logistics partners. Standard dispatch time is 2-5 business days from order confirmation.

• Site unloading is the responsibility of the client unless explicitly mentioned in the contract.
• Visible material damage must be reported within 24 hours of unloading at the site.
• Delayed site readiness does not release the client from storage charges if applicable.

4. Payment & Cancellation

For wholesale and project-based orders, a standard advance is required. Full payment is expected before dispatch or as per the specific Letter of Credit (LC) terms agreed upon.

*Note: Once customization (cutting/profiling) has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.*

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Metals shall not be liable for project delays caused by force majeure, logistical disruptions beyond our control, or site-level installation errors. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective material under the brand warranty (TATA/JSW/etc.).
